Yes To

Tomatoes

A brief conceptual pitch for the skin care company, Yes To, to create a series of instagram posts promoting their Yes To Tomatoes product line.

 

Post One:  The idea for this concept came from the products packaging itself.  With the distinct lines of black and red on the Two Step Nose Kit, I was inspired to recreate the same contrast in the backdrop of the post.  The pile of charcoal dust and the whole tomato is featured beside the product to demonstrate the ingredients inside.

Post Two:  Inspiration for this post was drawn from the company’s logo.  Playing with repetition, the background composition is there to highlight the product in the foreground.  The inclusion of natural ingredients can be seen by the organic elements that surround the packaging.

Post Three:  For the final image, the slightly pink hue of the background was selected from the common shade of color that Yes To often uses on their website and their current social media.  The seemingly haphazard placement of the tomatoes and charcoal creates a sense of playfulness while reminding viewers of the 95% natural ingredients that Yes To uses in their products.
